A completed assessment includes one free re-test within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Cancel at any time from your console. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate part-months, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.
What happens to your badge: it expires at the end of the paid period and then renders as expired wherever it is displayed. It is not revoked — you earned it — but it is not maintained either, because a badge whose monitoring has stopped is a stale stamp, and a stale stamp is a liability for everyone who sees it.
Your reports and history remain readable for the life of your account.
Annual plans
Refundable pro rata within 14 days of purchase. After that, cancellation stops the next renewal.
Statutory rights
Where you are a consumer, this policy does not limit your statutory cancellation or refund rights, which apply in addition. Under GDPR-baseline consumer rules that includes a 14-day withdrawal period; where you asked us to begin an assessment immediately and it has completed, that right may be reduced or lost, and we tell you so before you confirm.
How refunds are made
To the original payment method, via Stripe, within 10 business days of approval. We do not hold your card details at any point.
